Preamble: I am not a lawyer, so this form is in plain language. This is meant to be a fun event. Accidents are always possible in any activity; however, I have never had a serious bicycle accident and have never been involved in a car accident in 35 years of driving. I take safety very seriously. If you cannot sign the declaration below, that’s OK; you just can’t join me on the ride.

Declaration

By signing this form I am stating that I am freely choosing to join William S Roulston as he rides his bicycle from town to town on the Tour de CT and am aware of the risks of riding my bicycle with him. I am also stating that I alone am responsible for my personal safety. If an accident occurs during the ride, it is just that: an accident. It is a risk I am willing to take. I will not sue William S Roulston or Nobobo Productions LLC for damages.
